What is your “thing”? Opening to Self Awareness
What is that thing about you? That thing that gets in your way, that seeps into different areas of your life, stopping you from doing what you want to do, being who you want to be and feeling how you want to feel. Is it procrastination, motivation, self-doubt? Is it feeling that you can’t do or say something because you think its not socially acceptable? Other peoples annoying behaviors? Are you more concerned about what other people think of you than what you think of yourself? Have you even stopped to think about what the thing is? Let’s be honest here, we all have a few “things”. Your things are holding you back. Your things are affecting you and the people you love. The things can be changed. It may be easier than you think.
